Dr. De Buyl is also fluent in Spanish and French.

Dr. Galaz is a Canadian citizen born in Santiago, Chile. He attended Seven Lakes High School and graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology.

He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Texas A&M College of Dentistry, where he was also awarded the Warren A. Parker Award for “Outstanding Contributions in Community Dentistry”.

Having been a patient of our practice since 2008 and now entering our family as an associate dentist, Dr. Galaz is excited and eager to continue to provide the quality dental care that we pride ourselves on.

He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), American Dental Association (ADA), Texas Dental Association (TDA), and the Texas A&M College of Dentistry Alumni Association.

Certifications include Nitrous Oxide conscious sedation.

Dr. Galaz is fluent in Spanish, and in his free time enjoys playing electric guitar and going to concerts. His favorite sports include ice hockey and tennis. Dr. Galaz also takes pride in volunteering with the mobile dental clinics of Texas Mission of Mercy.
